ESPERO-M型自動絡筒機常見故障與對策

摘要：為了解決薩維奧公司產ESPERO-M型自動絡筒機在絡筒生產中難以判斷故障的問題，結合自身經驗，將該設備故障分為報警故障和不報警故障，并分別對其問題進行分析探討,提出相應的解決辦法；指出自動絡筒機是機、電、氣一體化的高速、高效、高自動化設備，只有善于使用，及時辨別并處理好故障，才能發揮其最大功效。

  Abstract:In order to solve the problem with the the Auto-winder ESPERO-M such as the difficulty to judge the failures in the winding application,the failure are categorized as the alarming failure and the free-alarming failure according to the production experience.Some approach is done into the problems and some cautions are found.It is pointed out that the auto-winder is such an equipment that is integrated with machinery and electrical control.It is characterized with high speed,high efficiency and high automation.Only through proper application and proper solution to the problems,can the potentiality of the winder be ultilized.
