    摘要:為了解決錠桿傳統加工工藝流程耗時長、用工多、報廢量大等問題,分析用時最長的錠桿外圓磨削工藝的主要工作和難點,從工裝改進、優化無心磨床磨削參數以及簡化超精研工序進行探索。通過對比工藝簡化后產品質量指標表明:改進后,錠桿加工工序簡化5道,產品質量提升,設備占用率降低10%,整體產能提升超過30%,砂輪消耗降低約15%,托片使用壽命延長約15%;降低勞動強度,減少用工6~9人,達到預期效果;紡機專件加工工藝簡化,要從全局出發,從細節處著手長期進行。

    Exploration of Simplifying Grinding Process of Spindle Blade

    Abstract:In order to solve the problems of the traditional processing process of spindle blade,such as long time consuming,more labor,and large scrap amount,the main work and difficulties of the external grinding process of spindle blade with the longest time are analyzed,and the improvement of the tool,optimization of the grinding parameters of the centerless grinder and simplification of the superfinishing process are explored.By comparing the process and simplifying product quality index,the results show that after improvement,the spindle blade processing is simplified by five passes,the product quality is improved,the equipment occupancy rate is reduced by 10%,the overall production capacity is increased by more than 30%,the grinding wheel consumption is reduced by about 15%,the service life of the bracket is extended by about 15%,the labor intensity is reduced,the number of workers is reduced by six to nine,and the expected effect is achieved.To simplify the processing of  parts of the spinning machine,we should start from the overall situation and proceed from the details for a long time.
