    摘要:為了提高噴氣織機的裝配效率,介紹噴氣織機固定式和流水線式裝配方式及主要技術要求,分析噴氣織機傳統生產方案存在的不足;根據噴氣織機筘幅種類多、零部件數量多、機架裝配要求精度高等特點,提出噴氣織機流水線式生產方案,重點介紹流水線中左、右墻板裝配,機架裝配,流水裝配工序,整機跑合調試區,整機包裝發貨區5個主要工位的結構、作用及注意事項等。指出:噴氣織機流水線式生產方案經濟性強、便于實現,可節省人力、物力及廠房占地面積,降低工人勞動強度,提高產品質量和生產效率。

    Mass Production Technology for Air-jet Loom

    Abstract:In order to improve the assembly efficiency of air-jet loom,fixed and line production assembly methods and main technical requirements of air-jet loom are introduced,and the defects in the traditional production scheme of air-jet loom are analyzed.Assembly-line production plan of air-jet loom is put forward according to the characteristics of air-jet loom such as many types of reed space,a large number of parts and higher precision requirement of frame assembly.Structure,function and matters needing attention of five main stations in the assembly line,namely left and right wall panel assembly,frame assembly,flow assembly process,whole machine running and debugging area,and whole machine packaging and delivery area are introduced.It is pointed out that the assembly line production scheme of air-jet loom is economical and easy to realize;the application of this scheme can save manpower,material resources and plant area,reduce labor intensity of workers,improve product quality and production efficiency.
